NOCIL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 04, 2018, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each (25%) for the Financial Year 2017-18 subject to the approval of the same by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 25, 2018.
