With reference to our disclosure dated February 11 2024 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please note that PG Technoplast Private Limited (PGTL) - Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company have acquired 100% stake in Next Generation Manufacturers Private Limited (NGM). Consequently NGM has become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of PGTL.
