This has reference to the disclosure dated 28th August 2020 made by us in relation to the Record date i.e. Friday 18th September 2020 fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company.
In relation to the above we wish to inform you that the said Record Date pertains only to the First Interim Dividend declared by Board of Directors of the Company in their said meeting dated 28th August 2020.However for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company i.e. for reckoning the names of Members who are entitled to Voting Rights cut - off date of Thursday 24th September 2020 was decided by the Board.
