Pursuant to SEBI"Circular No.-SEBI/ HO/ DDHS/ CIR/ P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 and BSECircular No. LIST/CaMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11 2019 and NSECircular we would like to confirm that Megri Soft Limited does not fulfill the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above mentioned SEBI Circular and hence does not fall in the category of "Large Corporate" and cannot be considered as a Large Corporate as defined under the said Circular.
