1. Approved the following Codes, attaching herewith as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
(i) Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information,
(ii) Code of Internal Procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders.
