Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Inox Wind has won 100 MW in the SECI-4 auction maintaining its successful track record in central government auctions. The bid was won at a fixed price of Rs2.51/unit for 25 years. This win enhances our auction based order book to a sector leading 950MW.
