The Board noted and accepted the Resignation of Mr. Piyush C. Vora (DIN : 00296074) as an Executive Director and CFO of the Company w.e.f. 16th November 2024.Consequently he ceased to be the KMP under the provisions of Companies Act and as per Regualtion 30(2) of SEBI(LODR) 2015
