Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company would like to inform that Mr. Rajendra Kumar Sharma (Chief Financial Officer) has tendered his resignation dated 29.06.2021 subject to the approval of the Board of Directors in the ensuing Board Meeting.
