Solara Active Pharma Sciences Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 07 2020 inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and the year ended March 31 2020 and recommendation of dividend if any amongst other
matters.
In accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the designated persons from April 01 2020 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto May 09 2020 (both days inclusive).
