On basis of above the Company is required to clarify following:ï¿‚ï¾ 1. Complete details of the NFRA Order along with the copy of the order as required under Regulation 30(13) of SEBI LODR.2. Complete details as per subpara 20 of Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI LODR.3. Reason for delay in disclosure.The response of the Company is awaited.
