Kamdhenu Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Companys 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report, Trading by Insiders', the trading window for the dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 01, 2017 till February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
