- Mr. Vasu Srinivasan, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company, the Board of Directors in the meeting held on May 29, 2014 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Vasu Srinivasan from the post of Company Secretary and his resignation will be effective from May 31, 2014.
