We would like to inform you that on 22nd January 2020 the Company has issued and allotted 1 89 394 equity shares consequent upon exercise of ESOPs at the exercise price of Rs. 67/- as determined under the Aptech Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2016 by the eligible employees.
In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares the paid-up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 40 08 29 540/- comprising of 4 00 82 954 equity shares of ?10/- each.
Distinctive number of equity shares are 4 87 91 422 to 4 89 80 815.
