In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd May, 2018 for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company. The Trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Results on 30th May, 2018 by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
