The Board of Directors of Modipon Limited (the Company) in its meeting held today i.e. Friday 14th February 2020 at 405 4th floor Copia Corporate Suites 9 Jasola Commercial Complex New Delhi- 110025 adopted the following:
1. Approved and took on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th December 2020. The financial results under Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 are enclosed as Annexure A.
2. The Limited Review Report on the aforesaid Financial Results of the Company is enclosed as Annexure B.
3. Appointment of Shri Anil Garg in place of Shri Sanjay Prasad on the Board of the Company as director nominated by U.P. State Ind. Dev. Corp.
We hereby affirm that the Director being appointed is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other such authority.
