Kindly note that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the registered office of the Company situated at 156, Maker Chambers VI, 220, Jamnalal Bajaj Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021, Maharashtra, to inter-alia consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017 for the financial year 2017-18 (Un-Audited Financial Results).
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading vide policy on Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the Companys Securities for all Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons has been closed from February 03, 2018 and the same shall remain close until the conclusion of 48 hours after the publication of the Un-Audited Financial Results and the same has been communicated to all the Connected Persons and/or Designated Persons.
