Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 08, 2017, inter alia, has approved the following:
- Appointment of Lt. Gen. A. K. Singh as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years w.e.f. February 08, 2017, subject to the approval of the members in the next general meeting of the Company. Lt. Gen. A.K. Singh is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 5.00 p.m. and was concluded at 7.15 p.m.
