The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Friday May 27 2022 have recommended a Final dividend of Rs.11.00 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@110%) for the Financial Year 2021-2022 subject to Shareholders approval at the Companys ensuing 63rd Annual General Meeting and the same is subject to the provision of applicable laws.
