Integrated Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that :
'The Company had passed a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot for Shifting of Registered office of the Company from the State of Haryana to the National Capital Territory of Delhi on February 22, 2012. The process for shifting of registered office got delayed due to the following reasons,
1. Previously the authorities for shifting of Registered Office was with Company Law Board (CLB) which subsequently transferred to Regional Director vide notification dated August 30, 2012.
2. The Petition, Annexure, Affidavit and all other necessary documents prepared by the Company became ineffective, due to the above stated regulatory changes.
3. There after there were gaps caused by the resignation of then Company Secretary and the appointment of new Company Secretary.
The purpose of the said letter is just to inform you about the current status of shifting of registered office of the Company and apprise that we are again filing the Petition and other documents with Regional Director, North for their approval with the same resolution passed by the shareholders.'
