With reference to the captioned subject we wish to inform that Mr. Arundeo Prasad Singh Independent Director of the Company (DIN: 08456858) has resigned from his position w.e.f. 22nd July 2019 owing to some pre-occupation elsewhere and is not in a position to devote time to the affairs of the Company.
Further Mr. Singh also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than the reason mentioned above pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
The letter of resignation is enclosed herewith.
Please treat this as compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
