Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 wehereby infonn you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday 17th Sept.ember 2026 at which commenced at 4.00 P.M and concluded at 4:30 P.M. has int.er alia reviewed and approved thewithdrawal of the proposed Rights Issue of equity shares which was earlier approved by the Board of Directors at itsmeeting held on 27th February 2026.
