PARAB INFRA LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 27/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018
Further, in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window will be closed for trading in Companys equity shares for designated persons from today i.e. 19.10.2018 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2018 (both days inclusive).
2. Mandatory disclosure as per BSE notice number 20180613-29 dated June 13, 2018.
3. Any other business with the permission of chair.
