Pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations 2021 the Share Allotment Committee of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. October 30 2026 have considered and approved the allotment of 2 337 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each as fully paid paid-up to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to exercise of ESARs by eligible employees of the Company under ESARP 2018.
