The 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Saturday, 29th September, 2018 at 11:45 a.m. at 802, Surmount Building, Opp. Iscon Mega Mall, S. G. Highway, Ahmedabad- 380 015.
The remote e-voting period commences from Wednesday, 26th September, 2018 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Friday, 28th September, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. No remote e-voting shall be allowed beyond the said date and time. During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date i.e. Saturday, 22nd September, 2018, may cast their vote electronically.
