Pursuant to the provisions of section 96(1) of the Companies Act 2013 the Company has obtained approval from Registrar of Companies Jaipur (Rajasthan) vide its Order dated September 3 2020 for extension of time by a period of 3 (three) months i.e. up to December 31 2020 for holding the 32nd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company for the financial year ended March 31 2020.
