1. We have to inform you pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) that the Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 12th February 2021 which commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 4:00 P.M. inter alia have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the third quarter ended 31st December 2020 on standalone basis. Copy of said results along with Limited Review Reports thereon by M/s. Tulsyan N K & Co. Praveer Kant Kashyap Chartered Accountants Auditors of the Company is submitted herewith in compliance of Regulation 33 of SEBI of SEBI Listing Regulations.
