Ministry of Heavy Industries vide order dated 14.08.2026 conveyed that the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Shri. Dharmender Varada and Smt. Seema Mishra as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of Directors of HMT Limited for a period of three years with effect from the date of notification of their appointment or until further orders whichever is earlier. The Company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course.
