October 26 2019 submitting the notice published in newspapers viz.Business Standard and AndhraPrabha (Telugu daily)on 26.10.2019 with regard to NCLT convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company to be held on Saturday November 30 2019 at 3.30 P.M as directed by Honble NCLT Hyderabad Bench vide its order dt September 30 2019 at KLN Prasad Auditorium 3rd Floor The Federation of Telangana Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) Federation House 11-6-841 FAPCCI Marg Red Hills Hyderabad-500004 Telangana.By oversight we have enclosed the paper cutting of the notice published in vernacular language of the meeting of unsecured creditors published in Andhra Prabha(Telugu)instead of notice of the meeting of equity shareholders.Now we are submitting the paper cutting of the notice published in Andhra Prabha on 26.10.2019 for the NCLT convened meeting of equity shareholders of the Company alongwith notice published in BusinessStandard.
