Parrys Sugar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on July 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, in connection with the above scheduled Board Meeting, as per the Code of Conduct formulated pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for all designated persons of the Company from July 01, 2016 to July 24, 2016 (both days inclusive).
