Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III thereto we inform you that bases upon recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today viz. Thursday 13th August 2026 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Prakadh Choudhary as a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 13.08.2026.The details required to be submitted to the Exchanges in this regard in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11 2024 is enclosed as an Annexures A.The meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 18:00 pm and concluded at 18:45 pm.
