Nivyah Infrastructure & Telecom Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company which was scheduled to be held June 12, 2014 has been cancelled due to non arrival of the Companys Managing Director who is travelling out of town for business promotion purpose.
Thus the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on March 31, 2014, shall be done at a later date and the same will be intimated to the stock exchange accordingly in due course of time.
