This is to inform you that BSE Ltd. vide their e-mail dated 27th January 2025 waived partial penalty levied under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and ordered to pay Rs.593 000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Ninety Three Thousand only) plus GST. The same has been paid on 28.01.2025. Kindly take the above on record.
