1. Approved resignation of Mrs. Heena Patel, Existing Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. March 31, 2016 after office hours.
2. Approved appointment of Mrs. Vandana Yadav as new Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2016.
3. The Board has designated Mrs. Vandana Yadav, Company Secretary as a compliance officer of the Company.
