Elder Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Promoters of the Company have appointed the following Non-Executive independent Directors with effect from February 03, 2016.
1. Mr. Ravani Mohammed Abdul Khader and
2. Mr. Kader Mohammed Davawala
As per Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013, these Directors will hold office till the next Annual General Meeting and whose period of office is liable to retirement by rotation.
Further the Company has informed that, Dr. Babita Bhatia who was appointed as an Additional Director of the Company has been removed from the Directorship of the Company as the Annual General Meeting of the Company was delayed and could not convene the same on or before December 31, 2015.
