Siddha Ventures: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) read with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons (the Code) in respect of the equity shares of Siddha Ventures Limited ("the Company") the "Trading window" for trading or dealing in the equity shares of the Company by the designated persons will remain closed from Wednesday 01st July 2026 till the conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.Accordingly all the designated persons of the Company are being advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.Further the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 will be intimated in due course of time.The above is for your information and record.
