We have also to inform that the Register of members and Share Transfer Books of the company Remain closed from 22nd September 2018 to 28th September 2018 (both day inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. Company would be providing remote e-Voting facility to the shareholder from 25th September 2018 at 09:00 a.m. to 27th September, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. the Cut- Off date for remote e- voting is 21st September 2018.
