This is to inform that the revised outcome of board meeting held on 30th May 2026 for audited financial statements for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 were duly approved by the board of directors and the financial information was correctly submitted in XBRL format. However during the process of electronic compilation and uploading of the PDF attachments on the BSE listing centre A few pages of standalone qarterly financial results for the quarter ended 31st march 2026 were inadvertently omitted from the PDF attachment due to unintentional document collation/attachment oversight. The omission was procedural in nature and was neither deliberate nor intended to withhold any material information from the exchange or the stakeholders.we further confirm that there has been no change in attached PDF whatsoever in the financial figures already submitted in XBRL format.
