Sundaram Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25 2026 inter alia has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 24/- per share (240%) for the financial year ended March 31 2026 on the paid-up capital of Rs. 111.10 cr. This together with the interim dividend of Rs. 16/- per share (160%) paid on February 25 2026 will make a total dividend of Rs. 40/- per share (400%) for the financial year ended March 31 2026.
The dividend if approved by the shareholders will be paid on or after July 23 2026.
