Approved the acquisition of the remaining 33.3% equity share capital of Datalabs AI Private Limited comprising 3 330 equity shares of Rs10 each from the existing shareholder at Face Value for an aggregate consideration of Rs.33 300 thereby increasing the Companys shareholding from 66.70% to 100% and making Datalabs AI Private Limited a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.
