In connection with the aforesaid delisting offer this is to inform you that BSE Limited (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) have issued their final approval for the delisting of equity shares from both the Stock Exchanges in compliance with regulation 25 and 26 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021 and pursuant to their letters dated November 28 2022. Accordingly the Acquirers have issued a public announcement with regard to the Delisting Exit Offer provided to remaining public shareholders of the Company dated November 29 2022 and the same has been publishedtoday i.e November 30 2022.
