This is in furtherance to our earlier communication on December 26 2018in relation to the Resolution Plan submitted by JSW Steel Limited (JSW Steel) for Vardhman Industries Limited as approved by the Honble NCLT by its orders dated December 19 2018 and April 16 2019 under S. 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (the NCLT Orders).
JSWSteel had preferred an Appeal before Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) challenging certain portions of NCLT Orders and the Judgment on the same has been pronounced on December 4 2019 by the Honble NCLAT allowing the said Appeal of JSW (NCLAT Order). The copy of NCLAT Order is not yetmade available.
