Signet Payments Solution Private Limited on 10th May 2019 to acquire 100 % equity shares at Rs 350 Lacs subject to statutory approvals and on the terms and conditions as specified in the Share Purchase Agreement. M/s. Signet Payments Solution Private Limited is a company incorporated under Companies Act 1956 having its office at 429 JMD Towers Sector-48 Gurgaon Haryana India and is engaged in to the Business of Merchant Acquiring and Offers Payment Gateways Mobile POS and POS Machines to Merchants all over the Country as per the Acquiring Agreements with several Acquiring Banks.
