As intimated vide our letter Ref.: SATCHMO/001/2026-27 dated April 21 2026 the Board of Directors of the Company met today i.e on April 28 2026 and amongst other businesses have considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the fourth quarter and the year ended March 31 2026.The Statutory Auditors have issued the Standalone and Consolidated Audit Reports with unmodified opinion.As required under Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Audited Financial Results on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the year ended March 31 2026 along with the Report of the Statutory Auditors and a Declaration as per Regulation 33(3)(d) from the Chief Financial Officer are enclosed.The meeting commenced at 15.30 Hrs on Tuesday April 28 2026 and concluded at 19:00 Hrs on Tuesday April 28 2026.
