Kindly be informed that at 18th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company held on Wednesday 27th August 2025 Interim Dividend @ 60% i.e Rs 6/- (Six)per Equity Share (already paid) and Final Dividend @ 10% i.e Rs 1 (one) per Equity Share recommended by the Board of Directors for Financial Year 2024-25 have been approved. Final Dividend @ 10% i.e. Re 1/- per Equity Share will be paid on or after Monday 1st September 2025 to those shareholders whose names appeared on the Companys Register of Members.
