1) Appointment of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company
Mr. Mangilal Singhi has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 20th April 2019 based on the Nomination & remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee of the Company.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 03:00 P.M. and concluded at 03:30 P.M.
