Partani Appliances Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2021 inter alia to consider and approve This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Saturday the 14th August 2021 to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2021.

In connection with the above as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing with securities of the Company is closed since Thursday 01st July 2021 and will continue to be close till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said Results are made public (both days inclusive).
