Dion Global Solutions: Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)-Intimation of meeting of Committee of Creditors

This is for your kind intimation that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Corporate Debtor M/s. Dion Global Solutions Limited has been initiated vide the order of Honble NCLT New Delhi Bench dated 18.08.2020 and the undersigned has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional in the captioned matter. The undersigned has been also appointed as the Resolution Professional in the 01st meeting of the Committee of Creditors held on 23.09.2020 (e-voting completed on 28.09.2020) pursuant to Section 22(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016.

That as per the requirement of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the disclosure regarding intimation of the schedule of 4th meeting of Committee of Creditors shall be made without any application of the guidelines for materiality as specified in regulation 30(4).
