NHPC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/12/2021 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday December 7 2021 will inter-alia consider the proposal regarding monetization of Return on Equity (RoE) of One Power Station of the Company through securitization for suitable tenure.
Further in pursuance to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of Company by designated person will be closed from Friday December 03 2021 till Thursday December 9 2021 (both days inclusive).
