The Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC) of the Board of in its Meeting held today approved the allotment of 35 983 equity shares of Rs.10/- each. subsequent to the exercise of 7 002 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 (ESOS 2013) 8 300 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOS 2014) and 20 681 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2022 (ESOS 2022). Consequent to this the paid-up equity share capital increased from Rs.37 59 66 640 to Rs.37 63 26 470 and shares from 3 75 96 664 to 3 76 32 647.
