Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Bharti Dandekar, Woman Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from February 03, 2016 vide letter dated February 03, 2016 . The Company has received resignation letter from her on February 10, 2016. The Board of Directors have, at their meeting on February 12, 2016 have accepted resignation of Mrs. Bharti Dandekar.
